I recently had the honor of capturing content for a rehearsal dinner at one of my all-time favorite venues in the Greater Philadelphia area: The Inn at Grace Winery. Nestled among rolling vineyard fields, this venue is a total dream. Every architectural detail feels intentional and romantic, from the stone barn to the serene cottages scattered throughout the property. You’re not just hosting an event here—you’re stepping into your own little world for the weekend (complete with farm animals, if that’s your vibe!).
The bride, Madison, was an absolute angel. Truly one of the sweetest and most joy-filled humans I’ve worked with (and yes, I do say that about every bride—but this one just radiated love). She was glowing from the second I arrived. She beamed with excitement to celebrate her person and soak in the moments with loved ones.
To top it off, the couple brought in Mezza Luna Pizza, a local wood-fired pizza truck that served up some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was casual, cozy, and delicious—setting the tone for a warm, intimate evening filled with laughter, barefoot dancing, and heartfelt toasts.
As the sole media person on-site, I had a rare opportunity to really stretch creatively. I was fully in charge of the visual storytelling—from lighting to pacing to aesthetic. It felt like directing a quiet little love story, unfolding in real time. It pushed me to lean into my style and trust my eye, and I left the night feeling so inspired (and full of pizza, let’s be honest).
Rehearsal dinners don’t always get the spotlight, but they should. There’s something really special about the quiet before the big day—the deep breaths, the shared glances, the relaxed joy of being surrounded by your favorite people. This night reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

You did an amazing job! Thank you for capturing all of the special moments for our daughter, Madison & Kevin! Thank you, Heather
